Bookings & confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Drivv Nepal team. Availability, final rates and pickup details will be clearly agreed before your trip.
Rental requirements
Drivers renting a vehicle must hold a valid licence appropriate to the vehicle class and carry it during the rental. A security deposit and identification may be required before collection.
Driver services
Professional driver rates cover the agreed daily service. Parking, tolls, accommodation and meals on extended trips may be discussed separately during confirmation.
Changes & cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charge, will be shared in your booking confirmation.
Care on the road
Guests are responsible for treating vehicles respectfully and following local traffic laws. Please report any incident or vehicle issue to us immediately.
